Create email database with 10,000 entires

I am looking for a LUMP SUM to provide me with a database of 10,000 email addresses. The conditions must be met, 1. they must all end in .[login to view URL] 2. they must all be of a person & not generic so [login to view URL]@ not sales@ or info@ I will need this as an ongoing project maybe another 10,000 every few weeks so if you are successful & if the data provided is good ( low bounce rate, etc) then i can give regular work.
