Data Entry - From Yellow Pages Advertisements

Hi there, We want to hire a data entry operator to enter advertising listings from scanned Yellow Pages directories. We have scanned 11 pages and saved as one PDF, which you will need to enter every single advertisement from. This includes the large coloured Block Ads, and also the small Text Listings in black. You will enter the data via our CRM web form, which is at a web address that we shall provide to the winner. - We have attached a JPEG for you to see the form. - You must complete the red fields, and complete any other fields if the data can be gained from the ad. You must also perform a simple Google search at [login to view URL] and determine if the advertiser has a website, a Facebook page, a Google Maps Listing or Twitter Page. You will then need to copy and paste these URLs to the web form and then 'submit' the form. This is one 'completed' entry, and you must now continue and repeat the process for the next ad. You may leave fields blank, if the information / data can not be learned from the ad or from google. This is easy work, but you must complete this task accurately. If your work is accurate, we will continue to provide ongoing work the same as this. This project will be awarded to the lowest bidder !!!! This is an easy project for a fast typist !
