Data Entry for Website

There is a website with list of company names and description - you will search in google to find the URL of company and then you need to visit the company website and post their profile in our website. I am looking for long term data entry (in few more websites as well) to begin with I am looking for about 1000 companies Bids will be ignored - if you don not answer below questions 1. do you have prior experience in data entry also in any other job positing websites ? 2. I request 3 sample positings before assigning this project to see how things are going, is that fine ? 3. how soon can you complete this task ? 4. if there are any mistakes in data entry, will you support upto 45 days after this project is over ?
