A list of studios and movies individul film gross made into a spreadsheet

I will send a word document of a list of films from a studio with the year of films and their individual gross. Need each film to be put into a spreadsheet with colums of , date, film titile, how many films (for example transforomers or harry potter is a franchise so their is multiple films), box office gross. There will be 3 or 4 different spreadsheets of studios. The first being given to you needs to be organized as above and anything able to fill in the box office gross in places that say (n/a) please do so.
