Consultancy service required for Company Collaboration

Freelancer from UK, Canada, Australia and US can apply on this project. We are looking for companies or individuals freelancers from UK, Canada, Australia or US who can assist us in getting the Data processing projects from UK/Canada/Australia /US companies. We can take any amount of work from the company. The payment to freelancer shall be fixed amount model and also commission model based on your interest. I want your proposal should have with your quote against percentage of amount you expect (even though you have bided with fixed amount). ROI is mandatory in your proposal
