Contractor Status Application

We are in need of a program that will compare records from a specific database against same records on a public website to report any changes made for that record on the website. The records on the database and the website share the same ID number. In order to review the records on the website the ID number must be entered in a specific field on the website for the record to appear, and then the data must be compared to our existing database; the output will report any changes. We need this program to compare 2 databases against the same website. We need the program to run automatically daily and give us the option to assign 2 or more databases from which to compare to one specific website. Database 1: Is a list of our current clients (200-300 records). We need to be notified via email about any change made on their corresponding website record Database 2: Is a list of our potential clients (approx 15,000 records). We need to check a specific area on the website to see if any of the officers has resigned or disassociated from the company. Upon such event we need an email with all the relevant data and mailing info. It would be nice if our database would also be updated with new data. Optional work: Scan for any change such as address phone etc and update our database to keep it fresh while only notifying us upon changes to the officer’s status. Technical info: Database format: Text file. We will need your help in setting up the database after we purchase it. The database has 2 parts. We need to extract about 15,000 relevant records from a master file of 700,000 and after that append address and personnel info from another database. Both databases have a common ID number for each record.
