Delphi Programmer

I require a contractor to help me finish coding for a project that was started in mid 2012. This is a very urgent job and I needed it completed within a week or two. I have been working with a contractor for a number of months and it was a mutual decision to find someone on Odesk to complete the job. I have no coding experience, by my previous developer has told me that the successful contractor should know/use: - Delphi 2010 or later - How to work with "Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 Express" from Delphi. - How to make MS Word documents from Delphi code (OLE automation). The software is a database of debt collection files issued to the company. Depending on the job type, word documents may be required to be produced. I will also be looking to add Ipad integration (ie, logon from ipad and upload photos to database. There will also be a web based portal where an agent can logon and view files issued to him/her. He/she can then send updates from the web to the database. I will only be showing the completed code to applicants that can convince me they can finish the job. I would estimate that 80% of the hard work is done on this project. I require someone who can work on this project immediately and finish it promptly.
