I need a Delphi application that take some font (choosed by user) and return PATHS of all the letters one by one. For example (-1,0) (2,0) (0,-1) and so on, so it can be redrawn from scratch pixel by pixel.

Hi, I'm Delphi expert with large experience in WinApi and system programing, I'm not quite sure what you mean by returning path. Do you want pixel coordinates of all letter points? What if font size is changed (dimensions will change as well)?
