Make changes to a custom VCL components based on on DevExpress (TAG LIST)

This component is a TAG editor similar to what you see in STACK OVERFLOW The user can select a TAG from a list or add a tag or delete from the editor In the past the list was compiled in real time and a count of that tag in the system was shown to user To enhance speed we recently added a maintained list of tags with their count in a table. Now some small changes is needed on the component 1. We now need to modify the component that when loading tags from this new type of DataSource it should also support specifying the CountFieldName and read the count of that field. 2.
