create a command-line application in Delphi

You have to create a command-line application in Delphi that takes as input a file name and outputs the number of words in that file. The allowed file types are txt, doc, rtf, html. If the input file is not in one of these formats, the application should return an error message like "Error: Invalid file format". Attached are the Delphi functions to count the words in the required formats, so you only need to make the application that will use them.
