CC1101 module/PC interface software

We have a commercial grade [login to view URL] Laser Tag system, see [login to view URL] Approximately every 30 seconds the portable master controller sends by digital radio packet a time sync. This time sync indicates how much time left in the game. The system supports up to 4 separate games (battles) so there is a game timer for each game. Each game will have its own master controller. The project is to write a Delphi 2010 or Delphi XE5 application (preferably using fire monkey visual components), supply the source code and assistance with any third party to Delphi so that I can compile the application. The system will initially be designed for Windows, but should be written in such a way that it can be migrated later to Android fairly easily. The system will update a Microsoft Access 2007 table with the number of seconds left in the game. It should also create/update a text file that simply has 3 CSV separated fields for each game (up to 4) Battle# (game), TimeStamp When last updated, Time left in seconds. With the Microsoft Access table, no new records need to be inserted, instead find the record that matches the battle# field and update the "Timer_TimeStamp" and "Time_Left_Seconds" field. A module like [login to view URL] is suggested, but the developer is expected to recommend best product choice and supplier. A product that can be found from multiple suppliers is preferred. The existing firmware developer can provide protocol information. The bid should be just for the Windows application.
