Brief for the Control Unit is as below. Do not apply if you cannot design the PCB to work as needed, cannot supply the PCB design files, or cannot provide a detailed components list etc. I will accept the best quality and lowest price. Serious bids only. Unit workings explained: There are to be 3 buttons used on a remote controller to control the PCB ( Top 1 for forward, Middle 1 for stop, and Bottom 1 for backwards).Attached to the PCB will be a 9v battery to power the unit, a 9v motor to move the part, and 2 limit switches (5amp 250VAC). When the top button is pressed the signal will be sent from the remote to the PCB which will then move the motor forward. The motor must continue to move forward until either the middle button (the stop button) is pressed or until limit switch 1 is pressed. When the bottom button is pressed the motor runs backwards until the middle stop button is pressed or until the limit switch 2 is pressed.. which ever comes first. Guild lines: - Parts and components MUST be easily sourced and MUST be cheap! - PCB to use as few components as possible (to allow lower cost when in production and to allow less soldering time needed saving money) - I will also need the PCB files so we can send it off to have thousands printed after prototype + I will need the components list. - PCB to be single sided, single layered ONLY. - PCB to be no larger then 50mm x 40mm with 2mm boarder (no components etc on boarder - so build area is only 46mm x 36mm). - The PCB size is very strict. After this PCB is made and works I will need you to also make another 2 versions. They will both do the same thing as this PCB does, but instead of using the remote controller like this one does 1 of them will use Bluetooth (will have an app made) so it can work from a phone. The other will work via wi-fi so it can be controlled from anywhere in the world. IMPORTANT; THAT ALL 3 OF THESE PCB CHIPS ARE THE SAME SIZE AND FIT INTO THE 46mm x 36mm SIZE LIMIT. What you need to do: Design the PCB to work as per the explanation at the top. Then build it and ship it to me for testing (optional). It must be a fully 100% working unit before shipping so send a video of it working. When you design the PCB keep in mind the parts I already have. You will have to ask for this information.

Hello. Device you needed is possible to fit in specifyied size, but wifi and bluetooth modules may require some space, so HEIGHT of device (especially with 9V battery) may be significant. I have big experience in PCB design and microcontrollers, also i'm write programs for Android so i can make that device. (if you needed software for IPhone also - we may discuss about that job with creation of additional milestone). You write about controlling device throgough Internet by WiFi. That's not so simple. Usually, for similar tasks WiFi just provide 'rf-remote' service, similar to Bluetooth, but with longer distance (inside the same WiFi network). For controlling from device, placed in Internet (outside of local network) some additional steps required (obtaing of fixed IP-address, ajustment of local router or usage of some server, placed in Internet). Only last variant (server) is possible to use without some user's efforts. I'm interested in that project and propose to produce working prototype (with demonstration in Skype). WBR Maxim

Hi, The basic outline of what you are asking for seems quite straightforwards and well within our capacity to deliver. Specific details will be required especially as your PCB size constraints assume you already have mounting locations and enclosure restrictions. A working prototype can be built and demonstrated on video or sent to you directly. Once you are happy with that I would suggest that the production docs are done including the BOM and a prototype using that documentation produced. This method can sort out a great many issues with fit and assembly. Single sided PCB is NOT always the least expensive solution as it almost always results in installing jumpers or using thru hole parts. The least expensive path is usually surface mount, assembled with pick and place and no human intervention at all. Your current parts list/ stock list would be appreciated. Hello Mate! I am an Electronics Engineer Specializing in Wireless Products. Your project is super simple and can be done very fast. Even the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi versions i already have projects similar to what you need set up in my laboratory and could easily demonstrate those to you if you would like to do business together. By the way your board requirements are plenty! All of the Transmitter / Receiver Circuitry can fit in a space of 15mm x 20mm. RF, Bluetooth and Wifi can all fit in this space. RF can be singled sided but Bluetooth and Wifi will require multi-layer boards do to high frequency circuit requirements. I live in Hong Kong so it will be super easy for me to do prototype pcbs for you. Also i own a 3D printer hand have many rapid prototyping contacts so if you need enclosure fab or 3D designs i can definitely help you out!
