Arduino Input/Output shield

Hi, I need the complete design (Schematics and PCB) and prototype of Arduino shield with customised input and output ports. The project will have 3 Milestones: - Schematics (with defined elements) - drawn PCB - Assembled prototype Please bid for price with your work and PCB without elements(components) since I will pay extra for it. (I know it's hard to know the price for elements before the schematics is complete) The shield should fit into Arduino ADK board [login to view URL] Elements of shield: - 5V voltage regulator to supply Arduino (from 12V) - Current sensor (0-30A) on 12V supply line - 8x Analog inputs 0-12V - 5x Digital Input for reading temperature (DS18b20) - 16x DIgital Input 12V - 8x Digital output with 20A transistors (4 outputs connected to PWM ports) - can be wired as sink - 8x Digital output woth 0.5A transistor (8 outputs connected to PWM ports) - can be wired as sink - CAN driver connected to Arduino SPI port like: [login to view URL] - RS232 connected to Arduino UART - 3 fuse (2x DO + rest of electronics) All I/O should have basic protection (resistor or optocoupler). The size of shield is not important, but SMD elements should be used. Schematic can be made in any software but Eagle is preferred. I will give you full support if needed.
