If development cost is not much of a concern about this design cycle then, I would suggest you to make it using the WiFi connectivity so that you can control the operation remotely via PC (Yes, I will also supply the sample application to set/view all the parameters). Looking at your document I didn't find any information about the quantity as required for multistage so my bid includes only dual stage system design. being a WiFi enabled product, you can easily synchronize the clock with computers time, Set and adjust the required parameters and see what the current status is. WiFi module will cost only $3 (US) and will offer much of the flexibility and you can also skip users interface (buttons/LCD) at the controller stage just in case if it is not an absolute requirement. We can discuss more on that. I will design and develop the electronic part, develop the sample software for the controller to run in Windows computer, build a prototype, test and verify that everything works and then send back to you. Yes, my bid doesn't include the shipping charges which could vary depending on mode of shipping to you. Component cost is included and I will procure all the components and build the prototype on actual PCB so it will be a production quality prototype. Wifi will reduce the hassle of connecting via USB and you can control it from anywhere. Lets discuss and will do it with quality. Interesting job indeed.
