Hello, We can do the assembled PCB for you and its required firmware. No other software or hardware (e.g., plastic enclosure) We will need only the dimensions (shape) of the PCB. The software for the Android is your responsibility as you said you're only interested in the electrical functionality (which we presume also includes the firmware of the related circuit.)
