Hi, I am a licensed Texas architect, also registered in Israel. I typically draw projects in 3D with SketchUp and make all 2D drawings from a 3D model. I typically charge $40 per hour for this type of work, $80 per hour for work requiring a Texas licensed architect. If you just need 2D drawings I have a 2 hour min. per project. Thanks, Jim

This looks fun! I have developed small to large scale CD's for permitting and construction for the last 10 years so this is right up my alley. Will you be requiring door / window schedules as well? How about a demo plan? Also if there are any structural details to be provided if you send me a sketch or we can talk it through over the phone that won't be a problem either.
