Another Simple App for iOS

We need application written to modify and create a usable function within the platform of the iPhone. When the phones is in SLEEP MODE or when screen goes BLACK. User must PRESS center home button to ACTIVATE, followed by SWIPE to access PASSWORD screen, enter code and access phone. Here is what we need for NEW CLIENT. When user must PRESS center home button to ACTIVATE, before SWIPE to access PASSWORD screen, I want to be able to see on the LOCK screen, an ACTIVITY such as Google Maps. The present process functions, in the case when you have Google Maps open, and lets say you are driving, you are not holding the phone- your screen goes black, you have to PRESS center HOME button to bring up LOCK SCREEN. I want to see my Google Maps on LOCK SCREEN, without having to SWIPE and ENTER PASSWORD. This is all the app will do. Show activity in the LOCK SCREEN and when active iPhone does NOT for into SLEEP MODE or goes to BLACK screen. Any questions are welcomed and thank you for your bids. - Art
