c/c++ code which acts as handsfree bluetooth profile

I want to transfer phone call from smartphone to other bluetooth device. The smartphone supports all profiles like a2dp, handsfree, headset. I want c/c++ code which acts as a handsfree profile so that the smartphone will send the call to my application on the other bluetooth device - is this possible?
