My name is Chante R.-Hawkins. I am an administrative professional of 17 years. I am proficient in MS Office suites XP, 2003, 2007, and 2010. I am currently using MS Windows 8, MS suite 2013.
I have employment experiences as administrative personnel for a homebuilding company where I served as an administrative assistant for several project managers at once. I was responsible for drafting and creating subcontractor contracts, contract addendum, purchase orders and creating correspondence and memos to capture and request various project information. I endured a heavy workload at one time assist the project development department with several hundred housing projects, utilizing my creative abilities to communicate with various architects, vendors, sub-contractors, and consultants. I held this position for two years prior to the company’s downsize due to the economy in 2008.
In recent employment, I utilize the skills I have acquired from this position. I am able to create forms, create minute meeting documents, spreadsheets, and databases.
