Build Tableau Dashboard to replicate existing Excel functionality

I have an existing Excel sheet that uses slicers to visually represent data, but it takes a very long time to process due to its complexity. Attached you will find the macro enabled worksheet (.xlsm) and an accompanying raw data flat file (.xlsx). The job is to use the flat file as the ONLY data set to recreate the .xlsm in Tableau. It is important to use only this data set, not the data set in the .xlsm.
