Data manipulation using excel

I need someone proficient in excel to take on to; 1. Merge data in 6 worksheets into 1 worksheet 2. Calculate current age based on date of birth (provided) 3. Calculate expected life expectancy based on data provided 4. Predict number of deaths based on point 2 and 3 per year. For example in 2013, based on data set we expect "x" number of deaths 5. If two people (typically male and female) live in same apartment, use details of youngest of the two 6. When a death occurs, calculate the final sale price by taking info in column i and include an annual price increase of 5%, for example,if occurs this year, final sale price = data in column i, if death occurs in 2015, then final price needs to data in column i with an annual 5% increase 7. Delete any redundant rows. For example, in the first worksheet, there are 2 entries for row 3. The redundant row is the row where there is no date of birth. All this simply means is that the unit has been sold once etc..
