Hi, My name is Don Issac. I have an MBA in finance and a background in Financial analysis for the past many years. Your requirement seems simple enough, but may i suggest a few modifications 1. The KPIs generally need to be tracked over time as well as comparison to make sense whether they are meeting some target level or atleast not falling below some threshold. 2. Depending on these you will need a good dashboard which is capable of not only just throwing back the numbers at you but also slightly intelligent enough to make sense of the numbers with respect to the specified thresholds and so give you an instant visual confirmation if all is good, improving, worsening etc. We can do this for you in such a way that you can enter the accurate numbers as well as threshold limits and so the indicators on the dashboard are either green, amber or red which is expected of a KPI dashboard This can also be used going forward for the new quarterly information (or monthly/biweekly etc) Hope you choose me Sincerely Don Issac
