I need to have this banner redesigned. I am looking for an vivid design (Flash) easy to load so it does not slow down browsing. Notice this banner will be on all pages so it must stick in smoothly with the color scheme and content. My main purpose is to bright up the site. The dimensions should be the same as the current one (I am willing to accept slight changes in the height, but not the width). The site on which the banner will appear: [login to view URL] You are free to use the images on the site to perform this job. You may also get images elsewhere. Thank you for your attention.
