Branding Logo and Banner Design

I am looking for an experienced graphics designer to design from scratch the following: 1. 1xCompany Logo for main domain; 2. 4xLogos's for four other domains; (have similar ending to main domain and should look similar to Company logo for main domain) 3. 5xCompany Website Titles Based on the above with additional content; 4. 3xBanners with flash (Horizontzal) Based on the above with extra words; and 5. 3xBanners with flash (Verticle) Based on the above with extra words. Strictly no premade/downloadable themes/banners. The copyright of all work will automatically transfer to me upon the completion of the project. A design brief will be issued.
