AAALEARNING.COM SITE EXPANSION/fix

Need to do some system administration, 1)updates,2) add some flash to cover page, 3)on reorders of ethics course, when someone reorders, wont allow them to take the exam twice so i have to give them a new passcode, somethings wrong with this, need it corrected so they can take exam 4)need this site and [login to view URL] moved to [login to view URL] where our other sites like [login to view URL] are located (also will need rewrite of that site as well soon, send me seperate proposal for that, need someone with writing ability to take entire course and put on the web but rewrite... someone also with writing skills 5)need marketing of both sites including search engine placement 6)need some internal work for identifying e mail marketing, when someone takes exam, reminder one year later that they need to take it again, and reorder it, and otherwise improve the re marketing e mail online tools, also be able to add remove e mail subscriber addresses at will, and find them easily and readily if someone wants them removed, 7)create disk copy back ups so that from our PC we can go in and attempt to back up our copies of the entire sites... currently the site is MYsql based We have had periodic problems with mysql going out, and some periodic internal e mail problems with notification of auto e mail about orders so they can be filled for hand book orders, and also auto e mail of diplomas and certificates upon course completion, but it seems now resolved after the mysql went out and our current host fixed the mysql problem, so we believe it was a host problem all along, but cant prove it and the host denies it and didnt respond, so these are our site issues.
