Add Blog, editing Hompepage using Flash & Dreamweaver .FLA

Hi, I need an expert which can make some changes to our homepage template. the .fla flash file needs to changed only slightly, only mute the music, and add a tab for the blog, no change to the flash design/logo. some editing to page layout required: make the background white, change the border size. a professional company / corporate Blog needs to be added to the site and a Newsletter sign up box.
