Adobe After Effects

I need someone who is proficient in Adobe After effects, and more specifically PhotoMotion. I'd like to use this in Real Estate application for my website. I'd like someone to be able to customize photos so that people could take virtual tours through homes and parts of home and/or neighborhoods. Also would like someone who can use this program to create content that would interest and grab the attention of clients and realtors.
