Auto fit flash into 1024x768 screen

hi, attached is the [login to view URL] file and flash file. i need to code the [login to view URL] file and the placeholder [login to view URL] file to open a browser window to fit a 1024x768 screen and fit the flash into that window. Disable resize of browser window and no scroll bars. The flash plays ok when opening the swf directly, but when loaded into browser, check top or sides or bottoms dont get cut off. need a quick solution. pls pm how long you need. all files attached here.
