I have been using Flash for 16 years and exactly in the E-Learning industry for huge clients like ROCHE, ANthem, Wellpoint, Harley-Davidson, DMG MORI, hhgregg, COOK medical, ONE AMERICA, aka AUL, FACEBOOK, LILLY, EMC and many many more. I work for non-profits too and have helped launch a for-profit online school in the manufacturing industry. I was also one of the first to use Gamification, before the word came out, and in 2003, before there were books, I was just using Flash to train Interactive elements into learning solutions. Now I'm very passionate about the Science behind my approach and I love working with great Instructional Designers, because I understand many of the principles and methods used to help end users not only have an engaging experience, but also have an effective experience that will help force them to retain the knowledge being transferred in all courses I create. I code and create illustrations and animations. I can draw and animate machines, and currently I'm working on a soft-skills project with characters. I alway use Professional Voice-Over, and Flash is the best tool, but I also use other tools when needed like Storyline 2, I used for Facebook with Sheryl Sandberg, and EMC's project, where the HR manager said my course was light years beyond what she had paid for just one year ago.
