Dice roll made in flash

Hi, I need a flash advert created similar to the banner shown on [login to view URL] starts with £100 welcome bonus and in the background the dices come through and bounce and you can see the 32 red logo shown in background, I would like mine to be similar but I will need to be able to change the logo in the background on a regular basis as will be used on many different named websites, I will need to be able to change this myself in swish with the original source file, I can design transparent png images so if there was a way I could just change this background for each website it would be ideal, please let me know if this is possible and show examples of previous work, my budget is limited to $60.
