DFP Implementation

We are looking for a developer to set up our DFP Small Business Account. In particular we would need someone to implement a clickable Wallpaper (image only, no Rich Media) that tracks 3rd party impressions and creates the template that allow us to implement an inread (Teads, Sticky Ads ecc.) as well as Fly Ads including the necessary back fill / fall back. The developer must be able to troubleshoot any issues rearding our word press theme related to this implementation.
