Character Art & Animation Quote

Hello, My name is Andreas and I am looking for a quote for the Character Art & Animation development of an iPad/phone game. I understand that a lot of details have to be discussed for a complete and accurate quote,we do have samples and first drafts of all the characters but at this stage we are looking for an approximate price, based on a general character description. If you need something more specific please feel free to email me. General Character info: 30 characters (15 each player) Carton & cute appearance. All human. Each character having 6 animated stances (which when played in a loop will show an action): 1st animation: Standing (just breathing) 2nd animation: Walking 3rd animation: Attacking 4th animation: Getting hit. 5th animation: Dying 6th animation: Drinking Each animation must be from 3 angles, Side view, Quarter view and 3-Quarter view (NO Front & Back view). Therefore: 30 characters X 6 stances X 3 angles = 540 animations. Based on the above info, would you please give us an approximate cost and approximate time frames for the completion of this project.
