Advertising Media Kit

Hello Freelancers - I'm looking for someone to design a media kit that is based on a design similar to this. [login to view URL] I would like mine to have a more polished and professional look too it. I will supply a link to the information I need in the media kit. The media kit will need a rate card as well. The deliverables will need to be a in a digital pdf. format that is also printable in 8.5 x 11 format. I will also need a Flash Banner that is 300x250 with the copy I will send you. You can use clip-art in this as well I want it to be flashy but it don't need to be 100% original. This project will need to be completed by 8pm pacific time Sunday.. 4/17/11 I will also need to see examples of media kits you have completed. Look forward to seeing your bids.
