banners and business Cards

I have an existing Store Logo that I have all the source files, fonts available for design. i'd like the following: A) - 2 separate (75x75) pixel design of static banner that will be used for my etsy store. If you're familiar with [login to view URL] this is called an Avatar for the stores. I have two stores that have a similar logo. B) - 2 very creative banners 760x 100 pixels for te stores. (see this: [login to view URL] C) 3 similar static 'banners' 1'x2' inches (convert inches to pixels). I will give you the text that each one should say. (For use with heat transfer ironing onto a fabric label) D) 2 simple but elegant business cards The above are based on my existing logo design and fonts so theres not new logo design.
