Design a Brochure for a Nursing Home

We need a new brochure for our Nursing Home. I have included 3 attachments. Our old brochure from 2012 which includes 2 jpegs and a most recent attempt to design a new brochure with microsoft publisher. I am looking for a new fresh look that portrays our facility as warm and inviting and yet very professional. I've included a front picture of the facility as well as a the marquee signage. The images on the publisher document have all been pulled from the web and I'm not sure if they were copy-written.
