I need an 8.5x11 4-page brochure template created in either photoshop or quark. It needs to have a nice mixture of image sections and text sections. The layers need to stay open because it will be used over and over for different clients. The clients are all Real Estate agents. I will eventually need 4 more plus 5 1-page and 5 2-page brochure templates made also.
