Custom PDF creation

I need a freelancer to create PDF books from a series of original files. The original files are either 2-page files in 5.75" x 11.25", of 4-page files, 11.25" in height and varying widths of 5.75, 5.625 and 5.375. The final product must include all the relevant files in the correct order, including front and back covers, cropped or extended as required to 5.5"x11", optimized for use on the web (no file above 25 Mb will be accepted) Where there are spreads, the files must be aligned so that the bleed doesn't show. There are 9 books to do, ranging from 10 to 38 pages. I will provide the original files, front and back covers and list of files per book. I need the project to be completed within a week. This project will be repeated approx. 6 times a year.
