Hello, This could be done very well and efficiently in Excel. My goal is to create a predefined form for the comparison table, with all possible fields (company, roof size, etc...) from where you could enter the data from the three bids, as well as the paths to the logo files and maybe other image files. The entered data along with the calculated ones (better price, advantages and disadvantages of the 3 bids, and everything else that could show the differences) will be automatically fill in the appropriate fields of the "Comparison Report" sheet, vertically placed to facilitate the visual comparison. This last sheet could be either printed out or saved as a PDF file. A few words about me: I'm developing VBA programs for more than 15 years and I'm a trainer for Excel and VBA for 12+ years. Hi, We are a group of analysts working in excel report, dashboard and tool design for last several years. Here's what we can provide you with. You can have your data places in one sheet. In the report sheet we can give you a drop down to compare different metrics of three companies in table/graphical format. So for example if you click the drop down and select Business Rating, a chart would populate with their respective ratings. Similarly if you need to compare overall summary in a table format, once you click the drop down and select 'table - summary comparison', it would populate the complete table for you covering company name, price, roof size, best price after calculation etc. In future if you make any changes to the back-end data, that will also get automatically reflected in the front end charts and tables.
