Create 5 epic designs/illustrations for wall art/wall stickers

Hello. We are a company selling unique wall decals for home interior use, including fancy looking quotes and exclusive large motifs. The difference between us and most other wall art companies is that we want our motifs to be grand, fresh and have a sense of exclusivity. We want our customers to say “Wow.” when they see our motifs. We are essentially looking for someone to join our team and work with us on a long-term basis. Because we have varied experiences with freelancers, we ask that as you apply, you will send us AT LEAST ONE custom made motif/illustration made SPECIFICALLY for this project (you can send us this as a JPG if you want). This helps us filter out those who are not serious, and also shows to us who are truly passionate about creating this kind of work. Our primary target audience is people between the age group of 25-40, primarily men. Alternative people, nerds, people who are into gaming, hipsters, vintage-lovers, music-lovers, film-lovers. In addition to that, because we believe in the passion principle (you design what you fancy the most) we give you a very “loose leash” to make you design what is most exciting to you. We believe in fair pay, so for the work we can see you have put your excitement and passion in, we will add a what we consider a very fair bonus. Examples of motifs we would like designed: Statue of liberty, Eifel tower, detailed guitars, animals, things related to music, etc. If you are a master of designing words/typographist and would like to produce that, we might be interested as well, but then you have to really wow us. Your name will also be credited on our website (launching in november) on each motif you have designed. Requirements: 1. This is for 5 motifs, we will consider each one of them. 2. Create your work from scratch. Being inspired is fine. 3. What you create must be made exclusively for us. 4. You must take into consideration that this should be created specifically for Wall Art use, so we would recommend that you become a bit familiarized with the process of creating wall sticker-art. For example, the motifs should be single colored. They also have to scale correctly, so that if they are scaled up or down, the proportions has to remain correct. Sometimes the motifs will be up to 1.2m in height, sometimes they will only be about 30cm in height. 5. When the work is done, you have to send us the vector-files as either .eps or preferably .ai (cs4, cs5 or cs6 is OK). By doing so, you agree that you will pass us the rights to use these for commercial use and us exclusively. You are free to use them for your own non-commercial purposes, and if you would like to use them for non-wall art related things in a commercial way, we are human and believe fair use/exchange.
