Animation required

I require an animation story to be made. The characters of the animation will be silloutte characters with background in solid colours ( will provide the colour scheme for you to use) The story is to be of a woman who has a cat and a dog. they are in their house she is watching TV on an old TV, dog is listening to music on an old stereo and the cat is using the computer (old computer) to surf the net). The cat and dog are normal types of cat and dog they can just listen to music and work computers !!! Anyway, the TV breaks , as does the dog's stereo and the cats computer , the dog barks and the cat meows when their stuff breaks. A tear appears on the girls face and the dog and cat too. She puts her hand in her pocket and pulls out 3 or 4 coins, not enough to buy replacememt TV/Stereo and computer. all three sigh... SO she goes out of her house with her umbrella and the cat and dog , stands outside and opens the umbrella, the cat and dog blow underneath the umbrella and the young woman flies away and lands in a wide open space where there are many other people (say 20). She has a speach bubble of a ipod/[login to view URL] TV,car and dress come out of the mouth and 15 of the twenty people give her some coins and the other 5 people shake their head. She now has a big bag of coins and she opens her umbrella and the people who have given her her coins blow under the umbrella and she flies back to the cat and dog who are waitng in the shops where they buy a [login to view URL] car and dress The second-final scene are the dog listeing to the ipod the cat on the laptop and the girl watching TV in her new dress The final scene is her driving back to the 20 people to give them back her money they lent her.
