Design of editable PDF brochure

Hi there I need a brochure designed with logo etc that I can edit to put different wording, pictures etc. The brochure will be something that I send out in Emails to clients who are interested in my product. Whatever format the document is in will be saved in PDF format after I have edited it. I will supply the logos etc. I have two examples of PDF's I like so you can use those as templates. Good Luck
