Brochure Design

The client is targeting high level executives and those working for municipalities. They need a redesigned brochure, complete with a logo similar to the one they found, but not the same. They want to use the piece as informational and a soft sell. They want to encourage their clients that their business will generate revenue, so we want to have some green in the brochure, but nothing cliche like stacks of money. The theme should be watery, water inspired, and should appeal to an older, very educated audience who has little time. The cover should make you want to pick it up. Also, the little tree logo is the logo for Eden's Corporation, the parent company, so it should be included as well as the new branded logo. I have files attached that are their current brochure.
