Company Ad Design - Google Ad Creation

We are in need of an advertisement that can be created into various sizes for Google Ads. We would like the designer to create an ad that encompasses our ideas and objectives. We do not want an annoying animated ad, but a nicely designed ad that is unique and not an "off the shelf" ad. We want actual graphic design work and not just [login to view URL] a custom designed ad with drawn elements.
