Custom Graphics/Banners for a Website

I am trying to upgrade a website and need some banners and custom graphics for it. The candidate will need to show a portfolio or sample works to be considered for the project. Project Requirements: 1. Change the style/color of the current logo so it can be used on a light background. The logo should have an equivalent image that can be used in dark background and a black and white. The graphic artist needs to follow these guidelines when modifying the logo=> [login to view URL] . I will provide the PSD for the current logo. 2. Redesign the calling card template based on the changes made on the logo. PSD for the current template will also provided 3. The accent color for the new site can be changed to match the new logo. I will be using the Agile theme for the site (see [login to view URL]) -- as you will observe, you can easily change the accent color for it so you can play around with whatever color you think might be good. 4. I'll be providing logos from different our clients. I want them to be converted to grey ones and of the same size just like in this page--> [login to view URL] (see the section for "Our Clients"). Basically, I would like it to look exactly like this but with our clients' logos. 5. We need 3 banners for the homepage. Currently there are 3 sliders in the homepage. One thing to note, the general mood of the site is light-hearted and with a touch of comedy. The 3 banners will consist of following: a. Who We Are banner - this banner will be linked to an article which introduces what the company does and who are the people behind it--who happens to be quirky, funny people.. We would like the banner to include an image of a guy riding a T-Rex with a sword on one hand and a feather quill on the other. The head of the cartoon guy would be a real picture of a person (who happens to be the founder of the company). Also, it will have the following texts sliding into the banner when it loads: "Unassumingly attractive","Peerlessly talented", "Cautiously attentive", "Endlessly verbose". It's up to the artist what the rest of the banner would look like, be creative as you want. b. Services Offered banner - up to the artist how it will look. It can be as simple as like the first banner shown in this example, [login to view URL] , which is a wooden deck with sliding texts in it. c. Banner for a featured article. The topic of the article is "Why blog posts are important for your business / web presence". We just need a simple banner for this as well so just come up with something you think is appropriate for this topic.
