Design an Event Logo - repost

I need a logo designing incorporating two visual elements as well as two text fields. Text 1: The event name "Scilly Stuff 2014" Text 2 : The attendees name. Element 1 : Map SVG provided - does not have to be this detailed, can be a rounded stylised version. Element 2 : A stylised tent as featured in the attached JPEG's, this will need to be drawn in vector format, the attached files are as an indicator only. The logo needs to be supplied in SVG so I can edit the attendees name easily in InkScape.
