Hello, I am a illustrator and graphic designer. I could be able to complete this in 3 days. How I work. I will show you 4 rough sketches of the logo (black and white). Once you choose the one you like and give feedback on what you like/dislike I would create 3 more revision with different color schemes and let you choose. Lastly I will create the final vector product. If it was just letters or a very simple graphic, I would just skip the 3 revisions and just make 3 final version, but it seems you will like a more illustrated logo.
