bar-code merchandising + inventory management for jewellery shop

Hi freelancers, I need a merchandising software handled using barcode scan and inventory management for jewellery shop. The software should include inventory managment features such as, how much gold came in to store, at what price, labour charges etc., What is the amount of gold that came in, converted ornaments/biscuits of amount/weight/carat. Each ornament/biscuit type will be given a barcode tag, on scanning the barcode while selling, product should go into sold from stock list. This software needs commercial design approach along with licence registration. This will be a long term project. Bid your best for development cost. Hardware (i.e. barcode scanner will be separate, you only need to mention model no. so dont include its cost in bid)
