Design logo and visual design for small jquerymobile website

This project is to create a visual theme for an existing jquery mobile website. [login to view URL] is a real time polling service that needs a slick, modern and vibrant visual identity and UX to make the service pleasant to use: The project includes: -Designing an icon / logo for wormocracy.com- combining a political and "cartoon worm" theme -Creating a visual design for an existing jquery mobile website (that can be previewed at [login to view URL]), including: [login to view URL] or sourcing icons for navigation tabs [login to view URL] / modifying a css style sheet and matching color pallette to bring to life the visual identity [login to view URL] existing html layouts to best give effect to the visual identity. The projects phases are: -Concept works that are agreed before proceeding to implementation. Expect to present a couple of different concepts for discussion. -Creation of icons, logos, css styles, html files, etc. and then implementation to test site -User acceptance phase to make iterations to the design to get it to final state. Quotes should include effort to cover all of the above project phases.
