An MVP made in different stages for \"a 10 second \'show off\' app\" - repost

The basic idea is to create a Clockwork Orange style website just like this one [login to view URL] Check it out it - hurts my eyes and it should be illegal. But it isn't as just a bit of fun. [login to view URL] What I want is the same site - which is mobile optimised - and then becomes an app (maybe later on) So... it's HTML5 + Javascript + PhoneGap with some API data scraping intergration. If all goes well we would then increase the size of the project to bring in other API's depending on the reaction of different demographics. The different stages for the project Stage 1 (MVP) User can upload five - ten words and make a flashing site like this one and like it / tweet about it The site does it thing for ten seconds or there abouts The music is the same for everyone. We see if people like it - share it Stage 2 (Mobile MVP) User can see it as a mobile site and have to login through social and socially invite people to see it as well and like it / share it We see if people will login. See what phones they use. Stage 3 User can upload pictures from facebook, flicka, pinterest or instagram - name the album and run it with the words and flashing images. And whether it goes viral enough for it to become a fun app for a client. I am also going to bring some gamifaction elements as well to help with conversion rates - nothing too heavy graphics wise or tech complex i.e. maybe a progress bar. Can all new bids for this work come in under £200 as this is our budget.
