Build a Fantastic eCommerce Website

Our current website [login to view URL] is in awful shape and we want to completely overhaul it. I am looking for someone who can create a fresh, modern website that is easy to navigate, with a very easy checkout process, keeping in mind a lot of our demographic is older people who sometimes don't know how to use computers very well. We currently use the shopping cart software 3dcart but are open to switching. We accept orders from the general consumers (retail) online right now and all wholesale orders go to our office. I would like them all to be accepted online with an easy way to separate which is retail and which is wholesale. If it is possible, we need our retail orders to export into QuickBooks on a weekly basis (under one name, not separated by customer), and the wholesale orders to export to QuickBooks on a by-order basis, separated by customer. We also need to integrate with shipping and fulfilment, especially when the wholesale orders need to be shipped freight. I've done some research into what a good ecommerce site should have, and I've uploaded some images with that research. Obviously, I am not the professional here, which is why I'm hiring this out, so I am open to suggestions as well. It is time for the WonderGel website to be as awesome as its products!
